The relationship with EPP includes collaboration on learning materials
such as white papers and case studies on pricing optimisation, as well as
customer-centric webinars and events.
With companies of all sizes facing increased market volatility and
difficult trading conditions, pricing decisions clearly impact how businesses
adapt. PROS will support EPP in its mission to educate and inform senior
business leaders about how to leverage the power of pricing to achieve
competitive advantages, drive business strategies and create selling
confidence. The two organisations will additionally demonstrate how pricing
optimisation and planning provides companies with critical information that
enables them to outperform in their chosen markets.
“Business leaders recognise that pricing can improve profitability and
business agility, which we’ve experienced with our own customers,” said PROS
EMEA General Manager Rob Glenn. “By collaborating with EPP, we are advancing
best practices to help companies employ pricing as a strategic lever for
creating profitable growth. Together, we’re creating a resource base and
sharing these best practices to help companies find the answers they need to
advance their pricing strategies.”
“The EPP provides high-value networking and information sharing
opportunities for pricing leaders across Europe,” said EPP Chief Executive
Officer Pol Vanaerde. “Deploying the right pricing strategy is essential to
helping drive business growth and improving profitability. Our aim is to
support and promote pricing excellence so that it takes its rightful place as a
strategic requirement for businesses. We are very pleased to be expanding our
partnership with PROS as this will advance awareness of pricing strategies
across European businesses.”
As part of the collaboration, Pol Vanaerde is to present on the future
role that pricing will play within organisations at PROS European Pricing
Summit. The event, scheduled for April 24 in Munich, will present the very
latest thinking and best practices on pricing optimisation based on first-hand
market awareness and research.
